HUNAN NEPTUNE PUMP CO.,LTD (referred to as NEP) , a professional pump manufacturer located in Changsha National Economic and Technical development zone,was founded in 2000 . As a provincial High-Tech Enterprise, it is one of the key enterprises in China pump industry.

By means of independent research and development, the application of imported technology and the cooperation with research institutes ,NEP has developed products with 23 series, including 247 varieties and 1203 items, mainly for the field of petrochemical,marine,power,steel and metallurgy,municipal and water conservancy etc. NEP provided customers with pump units and control system,energy-saving reconstruction & Energy performance contracting,pump station inspection, maintenance, and solutions、Pump station construction contracting.

Research and Development

NEP has a R&D team with more than 30 people includes national experts, professors, returnees. Among them, two experts enjoy the special allowance of the State Council, 2 Doctors and 10 people with senior engineer qualification. In recent years, NEP achieved a lot of achievement in the country and industry standard-setting, patent applications and new product’s research and development with international standard.

To better research and develop the pump products ,NEP have established long term cooperation relationship with South China University of Technology, Jiangsu University, Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Shanghai Baosteel Surveying and Mapping Center and other institutions and enterprises.

Manufacturing&Testing

Design

NEP adopts three-dimensional CAD for design drawing and applies PDM for product data management. Finite element analysis software and the critical speed calculation software are used for structural optimization design. Three-dimensional flow field analysis software for optimization of hydraulic parts. Those are greatly improving the quality of product design and work efficiency.

NEP has 29 patents, including four invention patents, twenty five utility model patents. NEP is one of industry standard making organizations of vertical turbine &mixed flow pump. 

Quality

With complete quality assurance system, NEP has achieved ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSAS18001 certification，and the major products have obtained FM approved, UL listed ,CCC and CCS Certification.

Sales & Marketing

NEP has set up a number of sales offices all over the China and establishes the e-commerce platform. Our marketing network which is throughout the country's major regional,after-sales service system and overseas sales platform can quickly and continuously provide technical support and after-sales service for customers. 

Products have been sold to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America, Africa, more than 10 countries and regions.
