On the morning of December 25, the press conference for the second “New Hunan Contribution Award” and the 2023 Sanxiang Top 100 Private Enterprises List was held in Changsha. At the meeting, Vice Governor Qin Guowen issued the “Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Individuals in the Second ‘New Hunan Contribution Award’”.
